Stacy M. McQueen was born October 2, 1937 in Moncks Corner, S.C. to the late Dea. Wardell & Evang. Thelma McQueen. In 1954 his family migrated to Newark, NJ. In November of 1960 he received the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior and shortly after he realized and accepted God’s calling on his life, under the leadership of the Late Apostle Arturo Skinner. Nine months after he accepted Christ he became a full time evangelist. A little more than two years later he married Ruth Yvonne Hayes. Immediately after this holy union they evangelized together, pioneering churches in Rocky Mt., NC - Baltimore, MD - Seattle, WA - Aliquippa, PA - And Newark, NJ where he is the Chief Prelate. Bishop McQueen has been the Chief Shepard of the Headquarter Church, Full Gospel Monument of Faith, Reaching Higher Full Gospel in Bradenton, Fl and Full Gospel Temple of Praise in Somerset, NJ. He is the Superintendent of the Full Gospel Christian Academy, served on the Board of Directors for Here’s Life Greater New York, a member of the Executive Committee of Northern New Jersey Black Churchman, and associated with the Newark West-Ward Clergy. He received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from the United Bible College and Seminary, Orlando Florida and is the President of Full Gospel Bible Institute. Bishop McQueen is the proud husband of Executive Pastor Ruth McQueen, father/father in law of: Valerie & Everett, Darlene & Michael, Tameka & Brian, and Jatorie, grandfather to eight beautiful grandchildren. Bishop is a man of Prayer, Fasting and Seeking the Perfect will of God because he is committed to win the lost at any cost.
